Court scraps order shielding Anil Ambani from fraud tag proceeding
Bombay High Court scrapped a single judge's interim order that had stayed bank action to classify the loan accounts of industrialist Anil Ambani and Reliance Communications as "fraud". The court held that the earlier interim order was "illegal and perverse". Anil, who's caught in an alleged ₹40,000 crore bank fraud, is expected to appear before ED officials on February 26.
