COVID-19 cases rising in many nations after reporting a decline: PM

During his address to the nation on Tuesday, PM Narendra Modi said that the US and European countries have witnessed a "sudden" rise in coronavirus cases after reporting a decline. India has reported 5,500 COVID-19 cases per 10 lakh people as compared to 25,000 in the US and Brazil, he added. PM Modi also urged citizens to follow COVID-19 rules.
