Cow protectors responsible for beef shortage in Goa: BJP MLA

Hitting out at his own party-led Goa government, BJP MLA Michael Lobo on Wednesday said that some "so-called" cow protectors are responsible for the shortage of beef in the state. "Goa meat complex is shut. We [Goa government] have failed on this front. There are many meat eaters in Goa. Tourists come here to eat beef," he said.
