Cowboy Space unveils rocket that becomes AI data centre in orbit

Cowboy Space, led by Robinhood co-founder Baiju Bhatt, has unveiled Big Iron, a rocket whose upper stage is designed to stay in orbit as a 1-megawatt AI data centre. The company plans 20,000 such satellites and is targeting a first launch in December 2028. "It's not a guarantee," Bhatt said of the date, according to Space.com.
