US-based shared workspaces startup WeWork, which rebranded to 'The We Company' earlier this year, filed for its IPO (Initial Public Offering) on Wednesday. Backed by investors like SoftBank and Benchmark, it was valued at $47 billion earlier this year. WeWork plans to sell shares of its stock under the ticker symbol "WE" with the share price yet to be determined.
