CPI(M) alleges BJP blocked Opposition nominations in Tripura's Teliamura

CPI(M) leader Jitendra Chaudhury alleged BJP supporters obstructed three Opposition candidates from filing nominations at Teliamura's Returning Officer office on the final day in Tripura. Candidates were allegedly threatened inside the SDM's premises and forced to leave. Chaudhury claims similar incidents occurred across five Nagar Panchayats. BJP and election authorities' response was unavailable. Civic body polls are on November 27.
