In a major crackdown under "Operation Lagam", the Palwal police in Haryana registered FIRs in six cases on gangster-style social media content and reckless road behaviour. The police counselled 38 social media users and removed nearly 1,000 reels and posts. A special cell was also set up for round-the-clock social media monitoring.
