Crash landing may occur if we don't control speed: ISRO on Chandrayaan-3 landing

Ahead of Chandrayaan-3's soft-landing on the Moon tomorrow, ISRO Space Applications Centre Director Nilesh M Desai said scientists will focus on reducing the speed of the spacecraft above the lunar surface. "If we don't control that speed, there will be chances of a crash landing," he added. Desai further explained that the Moon's gravitational force will also play its part.
