Create fear of 'ab kuch kiya toh mar jaayenge' among criminals: SC on recent Delhi-NCR rape cases

Taking suo motu cognisance of recent rape cases in Delhi-NCR, Supreme Court said authorities must create fear among those prone to crimes against women. Justice JB Pardiwala said, “Unless you create such fright in criminals' minds ki ab kuch kiya toh mar jaayenge (if we commit such a crime, we'll die), you will not be able to prevent such crimes.”
