Creative Newtech plans 100% acquisition of Infinova India

Creative Newtech approved the proposed 100% acquisition of Infinova India, with a budget of up to USD 4 million. The transaction includes business operations, brand rights, technical assistance and manufacturing facilities. The acquisition aims to build a Make in India surveillance technology platform as India's security solutions market targets USD 12.25 billion by 2030.
