CRED to acquire Hyderabad-based SaaS startup CreditVidya

Fintech unicorn CRED will acquire Hyderabad-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) player CreditVidya for an undisclosed amount. In a statement, CRED said that the deal is a mix of cash and stock and closure of the deal is subject to requisite approvals. The statement further added that both companies will operate independently and CRED will extend its employee stock program to CreditVidya workforce.
