CRED to reach ₹43,239-crore valuation in Meta-led funding round

Fintech startup CRED on Monday announced it will raise ₹8,550 crore in its Series H round led by Meta at a post-money valuation of ₹43,239 crore (around $4.5 billion). The Mark Zuckerberg-led company will join the CRED's cap table as a minority investor. CRED last raised ₹617 crore in 2025 at a valuation of around $3.5 billion.
