Credit Suisse moves SC against SpiceJet over $4.9 mn unpaid dues

Swiss bank Credit Suisse has approached the Supreme Court against SpiceJet, alleging the airline has failed to make payments worth $4.9 million as agreed under a court-approved settlement plan. While SpiceJet agreed about falling behind on payments, it said the April payment has been made. The settlement was done last year after SpiceJet defaulted on payments worth about $24 million.
