Credit Suisse plans to sell its US asset management arm: Reports

Switzerland-based Credit Suisse Group has launched a process to sell its US asset management business, media reports stated. Initial expressions of interest from potential buyers are due by the end of this week, Reuters reported. According to the bank's second-quarter filing, its global asset management business managed over $400 billion of assets and had almost 1,200 employees.
