Creditors not allowing resumption of ops: Jet Airways to NCLAT

Jalan Kalrock Consortium (JKC) told NCLAT that Committee of Creditors (CoC) isn't permitting Jet Airways to commence operations, despite obtaining all requisite permissions from government. JKC said CoC objected to transfer of ownership at every stage and slots procured for Jet Airways would be given to others if operations aren't resumed. JKC "left in zone of uncertainty now", it added.
