NASA's Langley Research Center in the US took to social media to share an image of crescent-shaped shadows coming through trees during Monday's solar eclipse. "Nature's very own pinhole camera! Light from the Sun during the eclipse passes through small gaps between tree leaves, projecting images of the eclipse onto the surface below," it posted on X.
