Cricket Australia named their Best Test Team of 2025. They included India's KL Rahul and Australia's Travis Head as openers, followed by England's Joe Root, India's Shubman Gill and SA's Temba Bavuma (captain). They named Australia's Alex Carey as wicketkeeper, followed by England's Ben Stokes, Australia's Mitchell Starc, India's Jasprit Bumrah, Australia's Scott Boland and SA's Simon Harmer.
