Criminal who escaped from jail caught by villagers in Meghalaya

A day after four of the six undertrial prisoners, who had escaped from a jail in Meghalaya, were lynched by a mob, villagers on Monday caught the fifth criminal and handed him over to the police. The prisoner was allegedly tied up and paraded through the village, as per reports. The sixth prisoner is yet to be apprehended.
