Crocodile enters IIT-Bombay premises, rescued at 1:30 am

Forest officials from Thane rescued a marsh crocodile from a residential area at IIT-Bombay in Powai on Saturday, around 1.30 am. The crocodile was rescued and taken to a safe location without being harmed by forest officials with help from members of an NGO. The NGO said such incidents show the need for awareness and careful handling of wildlife situations.
