A video of Rahul Gandhi talking about implementing nationwide Socio-Economic & Caste Census to determine the contribution of Backward castes, SC, Dalits & minorities has been cropped & shared with false claim that he spoke specifically about minorities. BOOM found that in the original video, Rahul Gandhi talks about backward classes, Dalits, Adivasis, EBC, & not just minorities.
