Crypto.com receive conditional approval for US National Trust Bank

Crypto.com received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish a national trust bank. This allows the exchange to move closer to federal oversight, offering custody and staking services. The bank, chartered as Foris Dax National Trust Bank, will safeguard digital assets. Existing operations remain unchanged pending full approval.
