Cryptocurrency market cap doubles to $2.3 trillion in 3 months

The market value of cryptocurrencies reached around $2.3 trillion-mark, data from CoinMarketCap showed. The total market cap of cryptocurrencies stood at $1.15 trillion on February 5 when Bitcoin was heading towards the $37,800-mark and Ethereum was at $1,724. Recently, investment banks like Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan started offering their wealthy clients access to bitcoin funds.
