CSK outbid DC to buy Dwayne Bravo for ₹4.40 crore in mega auction

Chennai Super Kings bought Dwayne Bravo in the IPL mega auction for ₹4.40 crore, fending off competition from Delhi Capitals, as Jason Roy marked Gujarat Titans' first overseas signing at his base price of ₹2 crore. CSK had earlier signed Robin Uthappa for ₹2 crore with both Uthappa and Bravo part of their IPL 2021 squad.
