CSK's Tushar Deshpande becomes first-ever Impact Player in IPL history

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fast bowler Tushar Deshpande has become the first-ever Impact Player in the history of IPL. Deshpande replaced Ambati Rayudu after CSK's innings in the IPL 2023 opener. Rayudu scored 12(12) as CSK put up a total of 178/7 in their 20 overs. As a replaced player, Rayudu won't be taking the field in GT's innings.
