CTC in Offer letter: A pure, illegal trap by companies

Cost To Company (CTC) is not a legal term and hasn’t been mentioned in any of the 50 labour laws in India. CTC denotes the employee cost to the company, not an employee’s take-home pay. Instead, employees must discuss gross income and take-home salary with the company during interviews and appraisals.
