Cuba suffers 4th nationwide blackout within a month

Cuba's national electricity grid collapsed on Sunday, the fourth nationwide blackout within a month amid fuel shortage and an oil blockade against the country by US. Cuba suffered three nationwide grid collapses in July. Cuba has been suffering from fuel shortage after US captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in January and stopped it from supplying oil to Cuba.
