Cult.fit to file for ₹3,500-₹4,000 crore IPO this month: Report

Fitness provider Cult.fit will file its draft papers for a ₹3,500 to ₹4,000 crore IPO, Moneycontrol reported, citing sources. The IPO will have a mix of a fresh issue and an offer for sale for existing shareholders, the report added. The firm turned EBITDA positive in the last quarter of FY26, and its revenue was over ₹1,700 crore, sources added.
