Cult Founder accused by co-founder of forging signature, giving him no money for his 50% stake

Cult Founder Rishabh Telang has been accused by former co-founder and brother-in-law Deepak Poduval of forging his signatures to wind up original entity Cult Fitness, reported Moneycontrol. Poduval alleged that using forged documents, his 50% stake was removed from records without compensation. Poduval said he discovered this while reviewing records available on Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
