Curfew announced in Ukraine's Kyiv amid Russian shelling

The mayor of Kyiv announced a 35-hour curfew in the city starting at 8 pm local time on Tuesday as the Ukrainian capital was hit by shelling from Russian forces. The authorities said that at least two people were killed in the shelling. Two major blasts were reportedly heard in the city just before dawn.
