Current govt doesn't need 'Article 370' to win elections: Dhar

Aditya Dhar, producer of the film 'Article 370', denied the allegation that his thriller-drama is a government propaganda film. "The current government doesn't need a small film like Article 370 to win...elections," he said. "They have built...Ram Mandir which no one could for the past hundreds of years, so I don't think they need to rely on us," Dhar added.
