A UK customer shared a picture of an entire fried chicken head with beak and eyes in her KFC hot wing meal takeout. Giving a two-star rating on JustEat, the user named Gabrielle, wrote it "put me off the rest". Responding to the post shared by Takeaway Trauma on Twitter, KFC wrote that it was "genuinely surprised...Baffled, even".
