Customer sues Burger King in US, claims Whoppers smaller than advertised

A customer in the US has filed a lawsuit against Burger King, accusing them of misleading customers with the size of their Whoppers. The lawsuit claimed the burger is 35% smaller than advertised. It also argued that Burger King began inflating the size of its burgers in photos around September 2017, while before it, products were advertised "more fairly".
