Cutting out two teaspoons of sugar a day can make one's body younger, a study by researchers at UC San Francisco has found. The research stated removing 10 grams of sugar daily can reverse a person's biological clock by 2.4 months. WHO recommends maximum intake of sugars of less than 10% of total energy intake daily for adults and children.
