Cyclone Dana landfall process complete, to weaken in next 6 hrs

The landfall process of severe cyclonic storm Dana has completed, according to India Meteorological Department (IMD). It's likely to move northwestwards across north Odisha and weaken gradually into a deep depression during next six hours, IMD stated. The landfall process began on the Odisha coast around midnight with few districts witnessing wind speeds of 110 kmph and extremely heavy rain.
