Cyient approves ₹720 crore buyback, record date Set

Cyient approved a buyback of up to 64 lakh equity shares at ₹1,125 per share, aggregating up to ₹720 crore. The buyback represents up to 5.76% of the existing paid-up equity share capital. June 17, 2026, has been fixed as the record date, and the repurchase will be conducted through the Tender Offer route.
