Cyient launches GaN semiconductor devices in India

Cyient announced that its semiconductor subsidiary launched seven new Gallium Nitride (GaN) power devices in partnership with Navitas Semiconductor. The products target AI data centres, telecom infrastructure, EV charging and industrial power systems. The company said commercial sampling will begin from June 2026 as it enters the high-performance semiconductor segment.
