Czech millionaire drives Bugatti Chiron at 414 kmph on highway; criticised by Germany

Germany's Transport Ministry criticised a Czech millionaire for driving Bugatti Chiron on Germany's A2 Autobahn at speeds of up to 414 kmph. A YouTube video this month showed millionaire Radim Passer driving the car on the highway, and beneath the video, Passer wrote the stunt was filmed in July 2021. Notably, much of Germany’s Autobahn network has no speed limit.
