DA for Telangana government employees hiked by 2.73% to 20.02%

Telangana Finance Minister Harish Rao Thanneeru on Monday took to Twitter and informed that the state government has approved a hike of 2.73% in the dearness allowance (DA) for state government employees and pensioners. The DA has been increased from 17.29% to 20.02%. "This will benefit 4.40 lakh employees and 2.88 lakh pensioners," Finance Minister Thanneeru said.
