Dabur's Burman family buys Religare shares worth ₹338 crore

The Burman family of Indian consumer goods company Dabur has bought around 1.40 crore shares of Religare Enterprises Limited (REL) at ₹234 per piece. The transaction value was worth ₹338 crore. The Burman family, which was already the largest shareholder in shadow bank, has increased its stake to 25.18%. "We reiterate our commitment towards acquisition of REL," Mohit Burman said.
