The Dal Lake has partially frozen, with the minimum temperature on Tuesday recorded to be -1° Celsius in Srinagar. A spokesperson from the MeT Department said that several other water bodies in Jammu and Kashmir, along with tap water, had also frozen. Earlier this month, a waterfall at the Pir Panjal Range had frozen after a dip in temperature.
