Dale Steyn ruled out of SA's opening WC match vs England

South African pacer Dale Steyn has been ruled out of the side's opening match of the World Cup against England. Steyn is recovering from a shoulder injury he sustained in the Indian Premier League (IPL) while playing for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Steyn will reportedly be fit for South Africa's match against India.
