Dalit IAS officer, transferred 5 times in 1 year, alleges discrimination in J&K

Senior IAS officer Ashok Parmar, who has been transferred five times in last one year, has alleged harassment and intimidation by the Jammu And Kashmir Union Territory administration for being a Dalit. He has filed a complaint with National Commission for Scheduled Castes. Parmar alleged that he was being intimated since he highlighted massive irregularities in the Jal Shakti department.
