Dangerous move: US on North Korea sending troops to Ukraine

The United States warned that it would be a dangerous move for North Korea to send troops to fight against Ukraine, as reported by Seoul. US ambassador Robert Wood told UN Security Council, "If true, this marks dangerous and highly concerning development and an obvious deepening of the DPRK-Russia military relationship." Wood added US is consulting allies on the situation.
