Australia all-rounder Daniel Sams smashed 42(18) to help Texas Super Kings beat San Francisco Unicorns in the ongoing MLC 2023. Chasing 172 to win, Super Kings were 92/5 after 13.1 overs but eventually won the match with five balls remaining. Texas Super Kings have now become the third team after Seattle Orcas and Washington Freedom to qualify for the playoffs.
