Darren Sammy to get Pakistani citizenship, application forwarded to President

Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi has revealed that West Indies' 2012 and 2016 T20 World Cup-winning captain Darren Sammy is set to get honorary Pakistani citizenship. He added that the application has been forwarded to President. "I think my contribution to this country is all from within. I don’t need a passport to associate myself with this country," Sammy said.
