Data centre firm AirTrunk enters India, acquires Lumina CloudInfra

Blackstone-backed data centre major AirTrunk on Monday announced the acquisition of India's Lumina CloudInfra, a large-scale data centre developer also backed by the private equity firm. Notably, the deal marks AirTrunk's entry into India. The transaction gives AirTrunk immediate access to Lumina's development pipeline, existing contracts, relationships, and operating capabilities.
