David Bowie voiced a character in Spongebob Squarepants film

Late singer David Bowie voiced the character of 'Lord Royal Highness' in the 2007 musical comedy 'SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis'. "I've hit the Holy Grail of animation gigs... Nothing else need happen this year, well, this week anyway," Bowie wrote in a blogpost at the time. David Bowie's 70th birth anniversary was observed on January 8, 2016.
