David Miller breaks world record for highest-ever score by a no. 5 batter in T20I cricket

South Africa batter David Miller has broken the world record for registering the highest-ever score by a number five batter in T20I cricket. The 33-year-old slammed an unbeaten 106 off 47 deliveries against India in second T20I to set the record. The previous record was held by Romania's Sivakumar Periyalwar, who had slammed 105*(40) against Turkey on August 29, 2019.
