Dawood was glad I cast Big B as Afghani Pathan in 'Khuda..': Desai

Manoj Desai, executive director of Gaiety Galaxy, revealed that he once briefly met underworld don Dawood Ibrahim at music director Laxmikant's residence. He added that the meeting happened during the release of 'Khuda Gawah' in 1992. "He was happy to see Khuda Gawah. He was also glad with the fact that I cast Amitabh Bachchan in...role of...Afghani Pathan," said Manoj.
