Day care cancer centres to be set up in district hospitals: FM Sitharaman

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said the BJP-led Centre will facilitate the setting up of day care cancer centres in all district hospitals in the next three years. "200 centres will be established in 2025-26 itself," she added. Sitharaman presented her eighth Budget on Saturday and met President Droupadi Murmu before arriving at the presentation.
